About Us

Our mission is to manage Owners Corporations efficiently, minimising the amount of time and expertise owners need to spend on their property, whether it is their home or an investment. The services we provide are detailed in the  pdf Contract of Appointment 2012 (289 KB) entered into with the Owners Corporation.

BodyCorp Management Services Pty Ltd provides a comprehensive range of services. Our commitment is to deliver a personal, efficient and professional service to the best standard. We ensure every Owners Corporation is managed professionally and maintains all legal requirements in accordance with the Owners Corporations Act (OCA) 2006.

BodyCorp Management Services Pty Ltd also manages water syndicates. When owning a property within an Owners Corporation or Water Syndicate, Government legislation places many responsibilities on the Owners Corporation, Water Syndicate and its members, which should be constantly reviewed and attended to.  Our business membership with “Strata Community Australia (SCA-Vic)” ensures we are fully informed of any changes to legislation and the general issues involved in management of Owners Corporations. This further enhances our knowledge and services to members (in conjunction with relevant professionals such as Lawyers and Surveyors).

Our services include initial establishment of an Owners Corporation or Water Syndicate, the general administering of the organisation such as convening meetings, maintaining financial records, assisting with insurance and other tasks as required.
